We had 10 skaters advance from regionals to the StarSkate Provincials in St. Adolfe the first weekend of March. Everyone that competed put forth great performances. Job well done!

Stacey Woods had personal best scores in both her long and short prgram at the Western Challenge in Missisauga placing 19th. We are very proud of your accomplishments Stacey!
Congratulations to Stacey Woods on a 3rd place finish at the BMO Skate Canada Sectionals in Portage which qualified her to represent Morden at the Western Challenge in Missisauga, Ontario on December 7-9th. The western challenge competition is a stepping stone on the way to qualifying for the Canadian Jr. Nationals.
Brooklyn Parker also had a strong showing at the Sectional competition in Portage, placing 4th in the Juvenile ladies event. Great skating ladies!
Two of our skaters, Stacey Woods and Brooklyn Parker, have recently been chosen by Skate Canada Manitoba to represent Manitoba at the SaskSkate Invitational Skating Competition in Saskatoon at the end of September. The events will be comprised of the top skaters from the 4 western provinces starting at the pre-juvenile level and going up to Senior. Your hard work is paying off ladies! Danielle Gitzel will also be taking part in the preliminary event in the open side of the competition.
