Stages 5-7. This program is for skaters wanting to continue with figure skating. It focuses on the fundamentals of skating (edges, power, speed) as well the introduction of jumps, spins and other figure skating elements. It is taught in group format and the skaters are given supervision and instruction for the whole hour. This program is ideal as it allows the skater to utilize club coaching as well as having the option to arrange additional private lessons with a freelance coach.

Sessions begin October 1, 2008 and run until March 20, 2009.

Ice times: Monday 4:15-5:15

                    Friday 5:30-6:30

This Program offers Skate Canada Test Stream up to Gold level tests. There is no club coaching offered in this program and coaching must be arranged between the skater/parent and the freelance coaches of your choice. See professional staff section.

Junior skater: entry level skaters who are wishing to take private lessons

Ice times: Monday 4:15-5:15

               Tuesday 5:45-6:30

               Friday 5:30-6:30

Intermediate skater - skaters must have passed the complete preliminary dance test

Ice times: Tuesday 5:15-6:30

               Thursday 5:15-6:30

               Friday 4:15-6:00

Senior skater: skaters must have passed the complete Jr. Bronze freeskate test or complete sr. bronze skills or sr. bronze dance test

Ice times: Tuesday 4:15-5:45

               Thursday 5:15-7:30

               Friday 4:15-6:00
